The Board of Chloride Group is responsible for ensuring that the Company meets the highest standards of corporate governance.
Our annual report & accounts contains a report explaining how the Company has applied the principles of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance to its activities during the year.
The annual report and accounts 2008 contains the following statement of compliance:
“The Board considers that throughout the year under review the Company has complied with the Code provisions set out in Section 1 of the July 2006 FRC Combined Code on corporate governance (the Combined Code).”
